wellness and health audit

I have achieved my  health and wellness already.Again, I have to mentioned there are other aspects beside eating healthy and regular physical exercise to me.I will list them and then explain the importance of each one.
1)Eating well, and routine exercise for physical health. I have been following the healthy eating pyramid for a healthy diet. The foundation is daily exercise and weight control. Using the healthy eating pyramid I choose foods from the bottom part of the pyramid (vegetables, whole grains) and less from the top(red meat, refine grains,sugary drinks, and salt) for me and my family. I have been following this rule from childhood and I m trying to pass it along to my kids.
2) Health and spiritual wellness.My health and spiritual wellness is not something in which I achieved over night.It required time,  careful attention and commitment to my total wellness. The essence of spiritual wellness is to be able to make sense of who I am, what I stand for and even fully comprehend my pain, struggles, life challenges and etc. I belong to a non profit organization and attend synegag regularly to maintain my spiritual wellness.
3)Emotional wellness.I have duty and responsibility toward my family,children, home and work. Due to that level of stress I take yoga classes to overcome that stress level and that helps me with my emotional wellness.
4)Social network wellness. I basically monitor the relationship between me and people I socialize with for a better social wellness.







I learned all these rules in my childhood, and thank god I have been really successful and happy. Hope my children follow my path. I try to keep junk food away from home, sign up my kids on sport activities, and teach to be a good friend and person over all.
