Wellness is the integration of body, soul, and mind. When people think of wellness, they usually think it is the opposite of being well. Wellness is much more comprehensive than that.Beside physical health there are some other aspects to be n the stage of wellness.You need to have emotional balance,meaning no stress.secondly you should be able to make social connections with others. Ultimately , I think is a person choice, and a decision we make to move forward in life.
